This is the largest ocean view space in a newly renovated building, upgraded kitchen, bathroom & mirror closet. It has two lanai-like settings that doubles the fabulous view. Extremely close to the beach. Artistically designed with colorful accents to refresh & relax!!! The space The LARGEST space with DOUBLE OCEAN VIEWS in the building!!! We are booked almost continuously one year in advance!!! Usually rents for $249 / night As you enter the lobby decorated with colorful hawaiian flowers and spiritual buddha statues, you feel excited as you enter the newly installed elevators (2) which is trimmed in beautiful hawaiian wood. You are quickly transported on to the eighth floor. There you turn right and see unit #812, slowly open the door and see an unobstructed million dollar view of world famous Diamond Head. Walking out onto the lanai, you see the horizon, the best part of Waikiki beach, the many greens & blues of the ocean. Sailboats, sun worshipers, and a wonderful blue sky surround you and welcome you to your new home. This space is almost twice the size of most other units and has twice the fabulous views!!! Most units do not have views at all. They show only generic beach pictures or 10th floor sundeck pictures. This space is newly renovated and upgraded for your comfort and pleasure :) This Waikiki Treasure is a stone's throw away (less than 1/3 of a block) from the beach. NOTE: Kuhio Avenue & Ala Wai Blvd are quite a walk from the beach. You do not want a high floor view... it means a long wait for elevator up & down and it usually means the building is far from the beach and needs to be high to look over the other buildings. "A view of other buildings with a few palm trees is NOT a good view LOL...(as I've seen on other Airbnbs) Also, all Airbnb hosts are not created equal...(have a conversation with the host before you book) Do not be fooled by generic pictures of Waikiki....ask host for actual views!!! This space is on the 8th floor with the best views. Also you do not want to be in the middle of the action in Waikiki... noisy and the most congested part of the beach. We are located next to the Zoo & Kapiolani Park... lots of green and space, yet close to shopping, restaurants & the Waikiki action. When you stay in this part of Waikiki you will never go back to the other sections. The unit comes with large apartment refrigerator elaborate newly upgraded kitchen. Queen real bed, sofa-bed (3rd guest) , large mirrored closet, automatic air conditioner, 42″ flat screen television, High Definition , plates, cookware, clean linens, beautiful designer sink, beach chairs & towels and plenty of Positive Energy !!! Parking in the building is $30 / night. Please reserve with the front desk in advance to make sure one is available when you arrive. Laundry Facilities in the basement & 24 hour security for your safety. There will be a $200 fine if the smell of smoke and/or ashes cigarette butts are found on the premise for smoking is prohibited in all rooms, lanais and common areas. There is a smoking area directly left of the lobby area. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES. Also realize the difference of views from the ACTUAL unit verses views of mere hotel lobby & generic tourist Waikiki Beach photos of other Waikiki spaces here on Airbnb. Hula's Bar & Grill (2nd floor) and Teddy's Bigger Burgers (Lobby area) located in building. ABC Store next door for all your sundries and everything you forgot to bring. Starbucks on the beach (wifi) & the Zoo & Aquarium soooo close. Kapiolani Park which has special events is nearby too, next to the Zoo. In short you are in the best part of Waikiki. EARLY CHECK IN: is not available if a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival. Early check in fee is $30. Please do not enter/leave luggage in room before it is cleaned. Room needs to be accessed (reviewed) after departing guests vacate & luggage impedes cleaning process. LATE CHECK OUT: is available at 5 pm for $75. Late check out at 1 pm is available for $35. Please request this at time of booking. 2 guest maximum, no exceptions. Toddlers, children able to walk & climb, are not recommended to stay for security & safety reasons. They may climb over the low railings if the window is open. Children over the age of 2 will be counted as an extra guest. Infants below 2 of age must sleep in the same bed as the adults. As a "Superhost" I will do my best to make your first experience with Airbnb a great one :) You are in good hands with Airbnb, I've used them for travel recently to NYC, Chicago, & San Francisco. UPDATE: I just booked Airbnb spaces for my ATW around the world trip in Bali, Istanbul, Dubai, Rio, Machu Picchu!!! Please do not ask me what the total fee is, for I do not know exact Airbnb service charges. Other things to note NO SMOKING in the entire building including lanai (patio). The association will fine the owners $250, which the smoking guest will be responsible for. Please do not run the Air Conditioner with the windows OPEN! Please note that the 30% monthly discount is based on 2 guests. FAQ: 1. What is the total cost for my stay? - Your total cost for your stay will appear on your screen once you send me an initial inquiry with your dates of interest and number of guests. Your screen will show the accurate and total amount inclusive of all fees. You will have the opportunity to confirm before booking. 2. Can you provide your e-mail and phone number? According to Airbnb privacy policy, any exchange of contact information will automatically be blocked off. Personal information can only be exchanged once a formal booking has been confirmed. 3. Will you provide towels? - Yes, towels and fresh linens/bedsheets are provided for. 4. Is there any place I can store my luggage in the event I arrive earlier than my check-in time or if my flight is after my check-out? - You can check your luggage with the front desk.
