There are fantastic amenities at the Banyan: a huge swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, coin-operated BBQs. There are laundry facilities on each floor, a convenience store in the lobby, along with a great little coffee shop and Internet cafe all in Tower #1 on the ground floor. The Bus stop is also directly adjacent to the property. Check In time 4pm Check out time 12pm This unit IS compliant and a legal short-term rental under Bill 89.
