Stalls are numbered but unassigned. Facility Improvement Update (Important - Please Read): 6th Floor Recreation Deck Modernization Project: 3/24/25: The entire 6th Floor Recreation Deck will be closed starting April 7, 2025 for renovation work; estimated completion is April 2026 (subject to change). o The entire 6th floor Recreation Deck, including the pool, hot tubs, playground, and BBQ grills, will be closed for modernization. o The 6th floor restrooms, showers, and infrared sauna will remain open for guest use. o Construction noise expected (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri). Other things to note Important Information for Your Waikiki Stay: Hawaii Occupancy Tax (17.962%): • Airbnb collects Hawaii occupancy tax (TAT & GET combined) on our behalf for reservations made on or after January 12, 2020. • This tax applies to the gross room rate and cleaning fee. • Please contact us if you have any questions. Cleaning Services: • Since May 1, 2024, we personally clean our condo to ensure a top-notch, comfortable experience for our guests. Check-in/Check-out: • Check-in: 4:00 PM HST • Check-out: 10:00 AM HST • For early arrival or late departure, we recommend booking an additional night. Building Maintenance: • Building maintenance may require access for essential services (water shutdowns, pest control, AC services, repairs). We appreciate your cooperation. Quiet Hours & Noise: • Waikiki Banyan quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM HST. • For noise complaints, please contact the building security office (located on the lobby level of Tower 2). The Aston desk is unable to assist with private condo issues. Regarding Pests: • As with any tropical environment, pests may occasionally be present, despite our regular pest control efforts. This is common in Hawaii, even in well-maintained properties. • We understand this can be a concern, but wish to provide full disclosure. • Please focus on the many wonderful aspects of your Hawaiian vacation.
