Cozy Shared Apartment in Historic Duplex!

Visitors have called our 1700's house "an oasis" and "a place out of time." It was once the town's inn. The apartment is part of our historic duplex and is shared with one other guest. We love hosting people from around the world who come for business, pleasure or study. We give priority to monthly rentals or longer. The space is business-ready, with free wifi, desk, toiletries, & more. The space is pet-free, though you may see our small, friendly dog in the yard. The space Great for business, world travelers and those wanting an alternative to university housing. We've enjoyed hosting educators, Princeton University graduate students, business travelers and many others. The bath and bedroom are on the 2nd floor. Tall guests need to bend a bit in climbing the last two stairs, because of the slanted ceiling. The apartment is shared with one other guest -- it is a two-bedroom apartment. Guest access This apartment includes: -- Bedroom on 2nd floor with a queen-size bed (foam mattress); -- Eat-in-kitchen with dishwasher; washer and dryer is also in the kitchen; -- Living room: flat screen smart TV and wifi; writing desk. -- Full-size futon in the living room pulls out to sleep two additional guests; -- Bathroom has antique clawfoot tub; though the shower head is modern! During your stay I give you the space you need while being available for advice on local restaurants, transportation, theater, parks and other interests. Other things to note We have a small, friendly Maltese-Poodle that uses the back yard. You may encounter her on your way in and out of the house.
