Eight beach tags are provided. Children 12 and under do not need beach tags. Ten beach chairs are provided. Large garage with second refrigerator so there is no need to make multiple shopping trips. Garage can accommodate two cars and driveway can accommodate two SUVs (a Chevrolet Suburban fits in the driveway without an issue). You are able to block the apron of the driveway so depending on the size of cars you could fit and additional two cars on the street. So depending on size of vehicles, the property offers parking for four to six vehicles. The house sits on one of the highest points of the Island. So what that means, is no flooding. There was no water on the street from Super Storm Sandy or any of the other storms since. If it happens to rain, no need to move the vehicles to higher ground.
