The shower is an outdoor shower, and to access the bathroom (toilet) you need to go out the side door and walk around the building to access your private bathroom. See photos. Guest access Guests have complete use of the studio and private shower area. Other things to note ***Remember before booking!*** - Hawaii Mandatory short-term occupancy tax and GE tax (18.5%) is paid to the state of Hawaii and to Honolulu City. Stays over 180 days do not have to pay the short-term occupancy tax. This is a quiet neighborhood - please be mindful. - No guests allowed after 10 pm - this is to ensure we respect our neighbors. Hawaii has the highest electricity rates in the U.S! Please be mindful of your energy usage. It's cooler in the mornings and nighttime - please open windows and use the screens provided to bring in the cool air and breeze. AIRCONDITIONING -Turn off AC when going out and turn off the circulation fan when the AC is on. Please turn off the AC late at night since it cools off. Please be sure to view all the photos to make sure this place is a match for you. We think the outdoor shower is awesome, but it may not be for everyone. To access your private bathroom (toilet), you will need to go out through the side door to access. (See photos) Our water heater is not able to support long showers - we thank you for your understanding and for conserving energy.
