The sitting room/kitchenette has a sofa-futon bed for a third person. The kitchenette features a full fridge, microwave, double cook top, new electric fry pan, blender, toaster oven, toaster and coffee maker and a private lanai. with table, chairs and umbrella. There is Free parking in the driveway... We need to get three cars in, so mind the yellow lines and stay behind the orange cones. THE QUEEN SUITE, THE BLUE HAWAII SUITE and THE KING KAM SUITE , all three only a 4 minute walk to the beach plus the us of the pool and Jacuzzi at the Poipu Kai Resort just a 5 minute walk away down a tree line tropical walkway or a one minute drive to the tennis court area behind and beside the Kalapaki Joe restaurant. Each suite has a large kitchenette, The King Kam has a full kitchen. All three can be viewed on this site separately. We are a former Bed and Breakfast in a lovely Neighborhood at the top end of the Poipu Kai Resort Complex. All Suites are private and on the ground floor with parking in the driveway. We provide body boards, beach chairs umbrellas and towels plus washer and dryer for our guests at no extra charge. We are kid and family friendly and also enjoy singles and couples. Many Europeans stay here as well. We prefer 3 night stays, but can also handle one night guests for a small additional charge. Last minute bookings are often available, so email your interest and we can even chat on the phone through the Airbnb process. The inexpensive Kauai Bus stops a block away and has routes to most Kauai destinations. There are 3 golf courses, 3 tennis clubs, two shopping centers and a dozen great restaurants within one mile. We are just 2 miles from the Koloa Village itself. The South Side of Kauai is loaded with beaches in every direction. Some can be walked to in a few minutes, others with a short drive of just a minute or two.. You can reserve and pay through the airbnb system Low season is from September 15 to December 14 And April 16 to June 15. High season is from June 16 to September 7 and December 15 to April 15. Rates can increase per night in high season. Guest access The back yard with a large umbrella table and a propane grill are available to all guests Other things to note Normally there is no restriction on how many days you can book the Queen.
