WE HAVE A 30-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. WE DO NOT RENT FOR LESS THAN 30 NIGHTS. This 1-bedroom guest suite is attached to the main 2-bedroom house but has a separate entrance. The guest suite has its own kitchen/living area with a double bed and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a private lanai. The property is located on the Anahulu River which leads to the ocean. Guests can rent standup paddle boards. We operate a surf school and can provide surf/SUP lessons. There are private stairs leading to the 1-bedroom guest suite. The main 2-bedroom house can be rented in addition to the 1-bedroom guest suite for a combined 3-bedroom house. There is also a detached 1-bedroom cottage on the property. The yard fronting the Anahulu River is shared, as is the carport, driveway and washer/dryer. I live on the property in a separate house and am happy to interact with guests. The property is located in Haleiwa on the Anahulu River. Haleiwa town, where there are many shops, art galleries, and restaurants, is a 5- to 10-minute walk. There are also swimming and surfing beaches approximately a 10- to 15-minute walk from the property. The closest bus stop is just a 10-minute walk from the property. The Bus can take you all over the island of Oahu. If you are interested in SUP or surf lessons or board rentals, we also own and operate a surf school, Surf Hawaii Surf School, LLC.
