Large back yard with direct access to the Bike Trail, including bikes on the property so you can bike to downtown Orleans or the beach without having to fight the summer traffic or pay for a beach sticker! Saturday-to-Saturday booking only during the summer. The space Main floor: master bedroom with queen bed; second bedroom with queen bed; full bathroom with shower/tub combo; large kitchen / dining room with brand new gas range and sliding door to large porch with natural gas grill; large living room with board games and TV with Roku for watching streaming channels (Netflix, etc.). Finished basement: bedroom with queen bed; den with queen size sleeper sofa; bathroom with large shower; free laundry in utility room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans and basic cooking supplies (olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc.). There are A/C units in each of the bedrooms and in the main living room. We have a large back yard with horseshoe pits, lawn games and plenty of space to play, watch the birds and soak in the peaceful vibes. Plenty of beach supplies are also available for use during your stay, including beach chairs, coolers, games and floaties. Enjoy the luxury of the outdoor shower after a long day on the beach!
