Two-Bedroom House on the River

WE HAVE A 30-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. WE DO NOT RENT FOR LESS THAN 30 NIGHTS. Remodeled large two-bedroom house located in a peaceful, country setting on the Anahulu River in Haleiwa. Tropical and secluded with many fruit trees. Stand Up Paddle right from the property down the river to the ocean. SUP boards available for rent. The space The house is very peaceful and private and a perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The property is nestled between two ancient Hawaiian kalo loi (taro patches) and fronts the Anahulu River. A 1-bedroom guest suite with a separate entrance is attached to the main 2-bedroom house and can be rented in addition to the 2-bedroom for a combined 3-bedroom house. There is also a detached 1-bedroom cottage on the property, and the owner's residence. We operate a surf school and can provide surf/SUP lessons and board rentals. Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs two-bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, main kitchen, great room, and second story deck of the main house. It is for their use only. The driveway, gym, carport, and yard are shared. Other things to note If you are interested in SUP or surf lessons or board rentals, we also own and operate a surf school, Surf Hawaii Surf School, LLC. We have a 30-night minimum stay. Price includes 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax and 13.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax.
