Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with an outdoor shower allows for a comfortable two-family arrangement or plenty of room for one family + guests. The space With its water views and close proximity to ocean swimming at Lambert's Cove Beach and pond swimming at Seth's Pond and Ice House Pond, our post and beam four bedroom, three bathroom home allows for a comfortable two family arrangement or plenty of room for one family to welcome guests. The house also has an outdoor shower and three decks facing east, west, and south. The side yard and front yard afford space for lawn games. On the southern end of the house, the first floor master bedroom (queen bed) and full bath has its own deck overlooking Northern Duarte's Pond, which abuts our property and is the starting point for miles for walking trails. On the northern end of the house is another pond-facing bedroom (full bed), and another first floor bedroom with two single beds and a trundle bed, with a shared full bath. On the second floor of the northern side of the house is a large bedroom (king bed) with a pond view and its own half bathroom. Between the bedrooms is an open plan kitchen and living room under a cathedral ceiling with fireplace and porch facing the pond. Between the master bedroom and the living room is a nook with a piano, tv and daybed. Guest access Entire house (we are not in residence when guests are here). Other things to note From our house you can access miles of nature trails, plus kayak, paddleboard and fish on the (non-swimming) pond at the bottom of our property. Rental includes cost of car permit sticker for Lambert's Cove Beach, which renters, per town regulations, will need to pick up from the town's parks and recreation office along with our airbnb email exchange as documentation of rental agreement.
