Inside, a comfy queen bed with soft bedding invites you to rest after a day of hiking in Glacier National Park or paddling on nearby Hungry Horse Reservoir—both just minutes away. The kitchen is stocked for home-cooked meals, and while the cabin is tucked in a wooded setting, it’s part of a small, quiet neighborhood—so you're not far from a sense of community. You’ll likely hear the nearby rumble of passing trains, a nostalgic sound that adds to the cabin’s rustic charm. Keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife as you drive in, and enjoy the slower pace of life under the pines. Guest access You’ve got full access to your cozy cabin and the shared firepit just across the drive—perfect for s’mores, stargazing, or spinning a tall tale or two. We just ask you keep things neighborly: no wandering over to other cabins, RV spots, or porches unless you’re invited. We’re new owners here, locals, and since taking over, we’ve been busy sprucing things up to make your stay as comfy and cozy as possible. Our cabin is located near a working railway line, and you’ll likely hear the train as it passes through—sometimes during the night. It’s a nostalgic touch of Montana life, echoing the old West charm of days gone by. For light sleepers, we provide complimentary earplugs to help ensure a restful night’s sleep. There is also a paused for the summer new construction home project on the property as well. It is off to the side of the cabins and separate camp area.
