Many condos quote additional management and resort fees in addition to their rates, or charge you when you check in, when you are handed an additional bill. This does not happen when you book with us. Relax at our condo or see the sites - lots of activities here on Maui, we are close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails and top-notch golf courses. House Rules: No smoking, no candles, open flames or pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am at our resort. Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival, and checkout time is 11am. Please notify us within 24 hours of any issues concerning the condo so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible. Also notify us within 24 hours for any loss or damage occurring beyond normal wear and tear. Guests and their invitees are responsible for any damages to Covered Property beyond normal wear & tear as specified by Airbnb’s Host Guarantee. Any complaints or requests for adjustments need to be made during your stay. We do not offer refunds or adjustments after your stay has completed.
