Anytime before 5:30 is Early Check In. Anytime after 11am is Late Check Out & will be added to total. The space In SW NJ, close to Philadelphia, the minimum for your travel budget. 1 airbed also available upon request. Half Bath Access (no shower). No kitchen or refrigerator use. Guest access Shared, Half Bath access to toilet & sink only; no shower use. No food allowed in the bedroom, except snacks & clear liquids {water or club soda}. No booze or coffee etc. During your stay We live on site so don’t be loud or behave awkwardly if heard (EG: xxx). We give guests space & privacy if they wish. No outside guests permitted to visit w/o Hosts advance approval. Other things to note 1) No guests not paid for or who are not part of the Airbnb community permitted. Quiet hours exist so that we sleep. This means no in & out of the front door, walking up & down the stairs or slamming doors. 1a) No local guests, including from Phila. Will make exceptions for 5 star rated guests w/an explanation. 1b) This listing is for those out most of the day. Guests can’t stay 10a-5p. For $5 more daily, guests can stay during these hours. 2) AC can’t run @ full power whilst out; must be raised slightly when out; we can lower before you return. 3) 3 cats lives here; they stays inside. 4) No shower or tub use. 5) No kitchen access/use. 6) Driveway parking provided for $5 day. But must move car if Hosts need to leave earlier than you! 7) Items available for rent: bikes, washer/dryer, chairs for concerts/beach, family reunions, etc. Ask & we can arrange in advance.
