There is a big, beautiful park that is a 2 minute walk away. My house is barely a minute away from a NJ Transit bus that can take you to Manhattan, that is only a 25 minute ride! By car, you can get to Newark Airport in 20 minutes, 15 minutes to MetLife Stadium, and the nearest shopping mall is only 11 minutes away! #1.Must climb stairs - It's two flights up. #2.No smoking in the house and apartment, if you smoke in the apartment or home, you will pay fee 250$ . #3 If you have a car there is plenty of free parking on the street (you don't need a permit and it's free)
