Seaside Tropical Maui Condo

Across the road from some of the most beautiful beaches on Maui, my condo is a low density, lushly landscaped little slice of paradise. Away from traffic noise. Enjoy walking (13° slope for 1/10th mile) to restaurants, beaches, shops. Bonus that my place catches nice ocean air cross breeze. NO STEPS to near by parking space, L108 is a ground floor, 1 Cal King bed with 2 baths, Inside washer/dryer. PLEASE NOTE Maui's GE, TA, MCTAT TAXES, are 17.962%. See details under 'The Space'. As a sole proprietor, cancellations effect me significantly. Maui Kamaole requires me to pre-register you with your email address for contactless registration. Upon arrival you email their site and arrival, pool and gate codes are automatically returned to you. For starting your stay, the rate includes amenities at no additional expense; new sponge, dishwasher detergent, dish washing soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, refuse bags, toilet paper. There is an interior washer/dryer. Maui Kamaole, with lush tropical grounds, is low rise, low density, located in South Kihei, within close proximity to Wailea. My condo is ONE bedroom with Cal King bed, TWO baths, and on the ground floor. It's well appointed with comfortable upscale furniture. The Maui Kamaole complex is across the street, down a 13% incline, from some of Maui's most beautiful stretch of beaches. Keawakapu (Key AV ah ka pu) is a series of linked beaches perfect for long walks, wading, swimming, skim boarding, snorkeling, spear fishing, surfing and all other water sports. My condo overlooks the waterfall pool from the back lanai, is close to the tennis courts, BBQ, has a convenient parking space, with NO steps between the space and the condo door. Quiet location, no street noise from South Kihei Road. - Hi speed WIFI, FAST WIFI, 223.69 download / 11.35 upload - Cable TV, ROKU - Fully equipped kitchen for cooking an entire turkey dinner with dessert - 46" Sony Bravia smart HDTV (Netflix, Hulu etc via your own passwords) - DVR (6 program record feature), CD, DVD, stereo - Smart 32" flatscreen in bedroom ( I really dislike this TV.....) - Air Conditioner in living room and master bedroom, with quiet ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. - Washer, dryer indoors - Serve coffee maker for your own brew. There is a blade coffee grinder. - Bodem French Press - Two hair dryers, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs - Bamboo hardwood flooring through out, tile in kitchen, baths The guest book has a few comments that this is their favorite, most comfortable and best appointed condo within Maui Kamaole and I like that thought! Our aim is to keep it in comfortable and spotless condition. Higher quality, and more reasonable rate. This is my home for part of the year. Walk, less than 10 minutes, to your favorite beach for sunning, snorkeling, or beach side restaurants, a 5 minute drive to the Wailea/Makena resort area for beaches, golf, or some fun shopping. Condo has assortment of ocean booties, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and picnic ware. Keyless door lock, no need for keys. Come home to Maui for Fun in the Sun! A pool cabana with stove, refrigerator, counter tops, that can be arranged for and reserved for a fee from Maui Kamaole Management. Codes are sent via registration email. Other things to note I make every effort to not have insecticides are sprayed inside my home. The exterior thresholds are sprayed - I have no control over this.
