New condo in Central Sq - 2BR, 2BA

Close to MIT and Harvard. Just 5 minute walk to the Red Line T stop and Mass Ave. The space Your own private 2BR, 2BA condo in the center of Cambridge, MA where you can get virtually anywhere in Boston or Cambridge easily by walking, biking or taking the T. Located in Central Square, Cambridge one of the best locations in Boston. The location is perfect whether your stay is for business or pleasure. Location: Right between MIT and Harvard (Both are 5 minutes away by public transport, or a lovely 15-20 min walk). Transportation: A 8 minute walk from Central Square subway ‘T’ stop on the Red Line; the #1 Bus which runs up and down Massachusetts Avenue; and a cab stands. Quick Uber/Lyft service. Our Central Square T station is only 3 stops (a 10 minute ride) to downtown Boston over the beautiful Charles River. This is a great location for visiting Cambridge/Boston colleges and universities and downtown Boston. There is safe on-street parking in our neighborhood. Please let us know if you need parking so we can arrange your visitor parking permit, there are two outdoor bike racks to store your bike. The condo has a very open floor plan for the entryway, kitchen, and living room with a private porch with grill and seating. Since we’re on the third floor you can see the Prudential Center from the Master Bedroom. Amenities in the apartment include: washer/dryer, wifi, hulu, netflix and Amazon on our Roku TV, modern kitchen, central air and heating. We supply guests with towels and toiletries (Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap) so no need to check your bags to get liquids through. We also have a hair dryer, iron and laundry supplies. Living Room: Large couch (king size pullout bed), bar equipment, dining table that expands to seat up to 12. Kitchen: Full kitchen with dishwasher, dishes and cookware. Help yourself to both the equipment and food. There’s a Whole Foods, Hmart and Target to stock up on groceries just a 10 minute walk from the condo. Two Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a queen size bed with attached full bath (whirlpool tub) and organic bedding and towels provided. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin mattresses with unattached full bath (shower). Bunkbeds are solid wood and hold adults up to 400 pounds. Space between bunkbed and ceiling is tall enough for my 6'3" husband to sit comfortably. Organic linens will be provided. We're very knowledgeable about the area, and happy to help in any way we can! There are many excellent restaurants and bars nearby, including nationally recognized Craigie on Main and Oleana, with diverse local favorites like Pepper Sky Thai, Spices Chinese, and New City Microcreamery homemade ice cream.
