The studio includes: -free WiFi -a/c -queen-size bed with -wall-mounted flat screen TV -dinning table which size can be adjusted with 2 chairs The kitchenette has: -mini fridge -mini oven -microwave -double electric burner -rice cooker/steamer -toaster -coffee maker -pots/pans, dishes, utensils The bathroom has a shower/bathtub. Towels are provided, as well as some little extras such as beach towels, hair dryer and more! The windows have cellular shades that gives a blackout effect when pulled down to let you sleep during the day if desired. PARKING OPTIONS: 1- There is covered parking inside the Hawaiian Monarch building for $50 per day. This is the easiest and most convenient parking but will cost you. 2- I can also provide a FREE secured covered parking inside another residential building across the street located at less than a 2 minute walk. Clearance is 6'2 so cars and regular-size SUVs are ok but space is tight so the turns will be easier if your vehicle is smaller. Guest access Guest can have access to: -Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area are available from 7am to 11pm -Gym is accessible 24/7 for a one-time $5 fee per person for your entire stay. See security office for details. Other things to note The Hawaiian Monarch building has security on the premises 24/7 and a secured card elevator. It has a sprinkler system. There's a community laundry on the 5th floor. There are 2 lobby levels with a breakfast restaurant, a convenience store, a coffee/pastries place, a pub and a bar.
