Our beautiful home overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and a 400 acre preserve. Quiet. The carport under our home will park two cars. There is a pool in our courtyard. The entrance to the beach is 100 steps away. Our beach is private. There is a members only bar, food, ice cream and pizza right on the beach. Live music some nights. We are walking distance to restaurants, stores, mini golf. Sit on the deck and watch beautiful sunsets. In the Fall watch the bird and butterfly migration. NO pets. The space My townhouse has two bedrooms, full bath and laundry on the first level. Upper level has the great room with a beautiful view, powder room and master suite with deck overlooking the pool. Guest access Pool with tables and chairs. Other things to note OCCUPANCY OF 8 PEOPLE IS ENFORCED BY THE FIRE MARSHALL. HOST DOES NOT SUPPLY TOWELS OR BED LINENS. NO PETS
