The upstairs private 1 Large bedroom apt located on 2nd floor of a 2 family house.1queen bed and 1 single bed.Spacious bedroom and living area.Located on a quiet one way street,close to EWR airport! 1 bus stop away from NYC(+-38 minutes by bus),Jersey garden outlet mall is ride/15 minutes. FREE street PARKING. There are plenty of restaurants, take out food, bakeries ,banks ,supermarkets within few minutes of walk. No smoking allowed of any kind inside or near the house. The space TV and High speed internert continuous tru your stay. We provide high speed fiber optic Internet a 300/300MBS\ fios.Our tv is smart tv so you can access amazon prime movies for free if you need to buy a movie please contact me, netflix,hulu, youtube and other apps that requires your own login subscription. BEDS: We can accommodate up to four/five guest comfortably if there is more than 4 guest just contact us ask and let us know before your book it. Very spacious bedroom with one comfortable queen bed and one single bed and a pack and play crib.Decent size Walk closet inside the bedroom. One very comfortable sofa that can be open to a full size bed located on living room. Full kitchen with cabinets for storage for groceries (supermarket about 10 minutes walking distance)dishes ,utensils ,knifes ,few pots and etc.If Anything else is needed we can do our best to provide up on request.We live 12 minutes away. Coffee maker and coffee is provided. 4 gas burner complete range stove,and oven and a Full size refrigerator, blender, microwave,toaster, air fryer and Fire extinguisher completes our kitchen. We have a table that seats up to four and if you need more seating we can provide additional chairs up on request.We have a desk and chair inside the bedroom for those who are here to work and need and office space with plenty day light and even though there is still plenty of space left for you to move around the bedroom.We also have 2 chest drawer for those who wants to stay for a longer period.Good place for storing shirts and other clothes and belongings.There is plenty of storage ,a closet with hangers and additionally a standing closet to hang longer garments. Bathroom: Our bathroom is a full bathroom.Its small but a 100% functional.The tub is only used for showers only NO BATHS ALLOWED . self check in with a electronic lock with a unique code provided and reset at every check out for everyones safety and privacy.The apartment is private the only thing shared is laundry room in case you need tp wash some clothes and the hallway that access the apartment.We have guests on first floor that can access same entrance,once you go inside your apartment the space its totally private.Please watch behavior on stair way and hallways,we do have cameras only on such common areas for everyone safety. Guest access Guest have access to the entire apartment with no sharing nn living spaces. Feel at home during your stay. The apartment is located on the second floor of our two-family house. Access: You will enter through a white gate and use the back door to access the house. Free street parking is available. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED IN THE DRIVEWAY. A car rental company is within walking distance, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. We recommend using rideshare services instead of local taxis, which may be more expensive. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please don't hesitate to ask. Either I or my co-host will be happy to assist you. We truly enjoy helping our guests and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Security cameras are located at the entrances and in the laundry room for everyone's safety. There are NO cameras inside the apartment. Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation must be reported in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional guest fees. Other things to note The apartment has central heating and air conditioning that operate independently, with a nest thermostat ensuring comfort throughout the year. It is controlled by a smart thermostat. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your stay. Street cleaning takes place on Wednesdays on the left side of the street and Thursdays on the right side, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you park on the side scheduled for cleaning, please move your vehicle before 9:00 AM to avoid receiving a ticket.We have washer and dryer on the first floor and it is operated by quarters.WE CAN PROVIDE AND EXCHANGE QUARTERS UP ON REQUEST.
