We have a split AC system in the living room and the bedroom and blackout blinds to keep out the morning sun if you wish to sleep in. We have Wi-Fi and a landline telephone, as well as smart TVs and Spectrum cable (bring your own logins for the apps). We have a king size bed in the bedroom and a full size convertible sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to four adults. As an extra convenience, we also have a washer/dryer in the unit. Our condo is located at Kihei Kai Nani, a popular resort in South Kihei, right next door to restaurants and bars and across the street from Kamaole II beach (one of the best on Maui). We are a corner unit in Building 12, steps to the beach and restaurants, but still quiet and away from the road and late-night restaurant crowds. Guest access Whole condo.
