Bay View Beach House! Short Drive to LBI & Seaside

Gorgeous Bay Views! Our beach house is located on a beautiful street with the best view of the bay. Only 3 houses away from the bay. We are a 20 minute drive from LBI & Seaside! Across the bay you will spot the Barnegat lighthouse & inlet. We provide hotel grade bedding, towels & laundry essentials. Our kitchen comes stocked with a Keurig station & essential oil diffuser providing aroma therapy. In the backyard we provide a gas grill with outdoor seating. Guest must bring their own propane tank The space There is 2 bedrooms in the house. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The sunroom has 2 daybeds which both have a trundle bed. The couch can also comfortably sleep 1 person. We also provide a flat screen TV in the living room. Guest must bring their own propane gas tank for grill . Gas is no provide . Other things to note 1- There is a propane gas grill available from April 1 to November 30 each year. When the gas tank is empty on your turn, you are responsible for refilling should you want to use it. 2- Besides, be sure to pack your own grill cleaning equipment to clean before usage. Basic cleaning is done, but we are not responsible for maintaining it as we cannot anticipate the level of usage from one family to the next. It would help if you were prepared to clean it yourself should you decide to use it during your stay. 3- We expect guest left house in good shape. 4- PARTIES, EVENTS AND/OR OUTSIDE VISITORS ARE NO ALLOW. 5-For environmental reasons , We provided a basic set of towels for our guests. There’s a washer and dryer in home guests can use . 6-Wash clothes we don’t offer. 7- Towel paper and paper toilet we provide at checkin time but we don’t supply more after guests arrived. 8- Basic set of cookware in kitchen. 9- garbage must be placed in bins located on the side of the house at departure time .
