Comfortable Private Room

Enjoy a fully furnished private room in a quiet Vineland neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and major roads. Guests have access to shared spaces, including the kitchen, living areas, washer and dryer, and outdoor areas. We are Johan and Alfredo, a couple who live in the home and enjoy creating a clean, peaceful, and welcoming environment. Since common areas are shared, we prefer to host male guests. The space Our property is located in South Vineland and features two floors plus a basement. There are three bedrooms on the second floor: our private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two additional guest rooms. Guests currently use a full bathroom with a shower on the first floor. There is also an additional half bathroom in the sunroom. The first floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and sunroom. A washer and dryer are available in the basement for guest use. The property also has a large backyard with a swimming pool. We have four pets who usually stay outside in the yard and are only occasionally inside the house. A spacious parking area is available for guests who bring a vehicle.
