Sleeps 14 in house ONLY (Nov-April) sleeps 18 (May-oct) barn too This gorgeous home is located on a beautiful golf course. It had riverfront access. Including: kayaks, 2 large rec rooms in bonus building & walkout basement, fire pit, gorgeous deck, 3-seasons porches, 🏀 hoop, large TVS, & pickleball net. This is 3 doors down from an enormous bar & grill with patio overlooking water. Peaceful home w bonus bunk room above barn. Perfect for large groups and family gatherings & retreats. The space In the winter, the garage / bunk room is NOT heated. However, guests are welcome to access the garage to play games! It is well insulated. There is still a game room in the house basement that’s well heated :) The home itself has 2 rooms upstairs, 1 master bedroom on the main floor, and a walk out basement with fun bunk beds making it four total rooms. The detached party garage has endless fun inside as well as a bonus bunk room above it. In the summer, the 5th room will be available for sleeping above the garage. There is no bathroom out in the garage bunk room WE ARE ONLY 30 minutes from the top 10 waterpark in America and a beautiful theme park! Enjoy the quiet small town vibe OR drive down the road to Cedar Falls / Waterloo where there’s endless entertainment.
