The open floor plan dining and living rooms are located on the first floor. The nicely equipped kitchen opens up to a private deck and a large backyard, making it great for entertaining guests and for children to play. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen bed and window AC. A full bathroom (with bathtub) is conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, with the large one having a total of three twin beds, two of which can be joined into a king bed. The smaller bedroom has one full bed, one twin bed, and a small desk. Both bedrooms have AC units. Laundry machines are located in the basement with an outside access near the spacious mahogany outdoor shower, recently built. Exceptional location allows you to enjoy the island without the need for a car. The property is located within a 10 minute walk to Edgartown center and to the Church Street bus terminal, with easy bus access to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and South Beach. Stop and Shop is 8 minutes away on foot. The cottage is also near the bike path, within 15 minutes by bike to the popular South Beach, and 10 minutes by bike to State Beach. If you decide to drive, the property offers ample parking spots. We prefer Sunday to Sunday stays and a minimum of 7-day stay for July and August, more flexible in the other months.
