Smoking anywhere on the property (including inside, on porches, or at the front entrance) is a $1,000 fine. • Trash bags must go inside the labeled bins for this property only. Please do not leave bags on the ground or use neighboring properties' bins. • Quiet hours are strictly observed because Bayonne enforces local noise rules. • Please do not block or park in neighboring driveways. Driveways are monitored and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Please treat the space with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost, damaged, or stained items (linens, remotes, kitchenware) may incur replacement fees. Before checkout: Wash dishes or start dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor bins (left when exiting building).
