House Rules • To complete a farmhouse-feel, our floor is stained concrete so make sure to bring with you a pair of thick sandals to wear inside the house. Please do not wear your street shoes inside the home for sanitary purposes.  • Smoking and pets inside the house are not allowed in consideration of future guests with allergies.  Violators will be fined $500 per violation and per stay.  • Hunted wild animals are not allowed inside the house also for sanitary purposes and in consideration of future guests with allergies. Violators will be fined $700 for extra cleaning fee.  • Hunting weapons are allowed only if disclosed before check-in. • Early and Late check-outs are allowed with owners’ approval with a maximum of two hours before regular check-in and regular check-out times. • Please communicate if any issues arise before submitting a less than 5-star review. We are new in the Short-Term Rental (STR) business and our number one goal is to please our every guest.  • Local guests are allowed for insurance claims and family gatherings.
