The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding! (1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. (2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. (3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. (4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. (5) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. (6) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. (7) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund. (8) NO PETS POLICY: Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If we are made aware of a pet on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
