Description

This special place is close to everything, located between two of Boston's best neighborhoods, the South End known for its food scene and the Back Bay home to great shopping and coffee bars. This studio is on the 2nd Level of an old Boston brownstone. It is equipped with a full private bathroom, fridge, oven, cabinets and closet, all packed into approximately 330 sqft. Its history dates back to the early 1900s where it was originally run as a Lodging House for short term stays. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Our motto is to provide fairly priced furnished apartments in great locations. The location will make up for the cramped space, but I think you'll find that once you settle in, you don't always need a ton of space! This unit is unique because it has a long hallway once you enter the apartment and the space is located in the back of the building so it should be super quiet. you'll have access to the entire apartment and will not share any space with other guests. We give you the privacy you need while being available for help. We have a full operations and maintenance team and 24/7 guest messaging team for support. This apartment is located on the southeastern border of the Back Bay neighborhood, bordering the South End and just across Massachusetts Avenue from Northeastern University. This little micro-neighborhood is 8 blocks east to west, and its boundaries are Huntington Avenue, Copley Place, the Southwest Corridor Park and Massachusetts Avenue. The area was formed during a large-scale reclamation of Boston marsh lands back in the early nineteenth century. The area is central to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, but still has a safe quiet residential feel. There's quiet areas for reading, walking a dog, or playing tennis, basketball, or hanging on the lawns at the Southwest Corridor Park. You'll be able to enjoy the benefits of easy access to restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee shops and live music nearby, while enjoying the peace and quiet of a comfortable residential neighborhood. Boston is one of the most walkable cities, and this location really ideal in that its pretty much in the middle of everything. As a provider of short-term medical stays for patients and longer term stays for travel nurses, the location couldn't be more accessible to our top hospitals. Drive times, Transit times and Walking times to the following area hospitals: Longwood Medical: 5min, 16min, 30min Children's Hospital: 4min, 14min, 28min Harvard Medical School: 6min, 12min, 26min New England Baptist Hospital: 8min, 19min, 33min Mass General Hospital: 12min, 28min, 35min Boston University Medical Campus: 8min, 8min, 14min Our heating system has one thermostat for the entire apartment building, which just means you can crack a window if it gets too hot on the upper floors. We have an on-call employee that lives nearby who can help during normal business hours, and a 24/7 guest messaging team for support. We provide basics for cooking - pots, pans, mugs, cups, dishes, bowls, but we do not provide salt, pepper, or oil House Rules - 12/20/23 We ask that all guests please read and review our house rules below.
