We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed.. SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply. PETS: - Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees. - Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood. - ⁠No unattended pets - No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc). - ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside. - Prevent excessive barking or noise. While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all! With easier access to commuter rail station & public transport, one must be aware that the house sits in a vicinity of rail tracks and there could be distant rail sound during the busier times of the day. Quiet hours: The neighborhood has families staying in other units. (10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours). Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted. DAMAGES: Guests are liable for damages and incidentals; by booking, you agree that any such costs will be billed to your credit card on file upon receipt of an invoice and photo proof. Please DO NOT leave the yard fence closed at anytime. The other units have access to the egress (pathway) while you have exclusive access to the grass area in the backyard. Public transportation to Boston, Charles River Trail and Moody St are all within walking distance. Just minutes away from Brandeis, Bentley and 15 mins ride to Harvard & MIT. The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
