Open living room, soaring 16-foot ceilings, exposed wood beams, exposed brick walls, oversized skylight, custom European kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertop. Ideally located four minutes away to Jersey City, seven minutes to Hoboken, and roughly 15 minutes to NYC. Metlife Stadium is 14 minutes away. Newark Airport is 20 minutes away. Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park is 15 minutes away. I enjoy interacting with my guests, but I give you your space. I am easily reachable. 24/7 security cameras are located throughout the external parameter—decibel monitoring device from Minut on the living room shelf. Please refrain from playing music or anything that is too loud. The walls are very thin and we must keep a good neighbor policy. Additional rules: By booking our Property, you agree to the contract below in its entirety. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RESERVING OUR PROPERTY. Failure to comply with this contract can result in deposit. READING THE GUEST/HOUSE MANUAL AFTER YOUR BOOKING IS COMPLETE IS MANDATORY. This will help reduce the potential of extra charges due to misuse. NOISE: QUIET HOURS BOTH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE ARE FROM 9 PM TO 10 AM. Conversations TV/Music should be respectful during these hours. The walls are very thin, and noise/sounds travel easily. No portable speakers are allowed. NON-REGISTERED GUESTS AND VISITORS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. PARTIES, SMALL GATHERINGS/GET-TOGETHERS, EVENTS, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND FILMING ARE ALL PROHIBITED. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization, no matter if they're spending will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. SECURITY: IF OUR CAMERA IS PURPOSELY BLOCKED or COVERED FOR ANY REASON, WE WILL ISSUE YOU A $1,000 FINE. All cameras are located on the exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside of the apartment. Dishes: Our cleaning staff does not do dishes. Please wash your dishes and place them back where you found them before check-out. Parking permit: The Permit is located in the left desk drawer at the Apartment. Place it directly on your dashboard laying flat. Please ensure you return the permit to the exact place you found it as there will be a $1,000 fine if it is misplaced. TOILET: DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILET. This includes but is not limited to paper towels, wipes (even flushable), condoms, hair, and foreign objects. If there is a backup during your stay or on the day of check-out, you may be liable for the plumbing bill. CLOTHES WASHER/DRYER: Please make sure both machines are in the “OFF” position and the “POWER” button of the Dryer is not pushed inward, this keeps the machine on and it can result a malfunction. Please leave Washer door open after each use, in order for no mold to build-up and allows the inside to dry completely. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10 AM sharp. You will incur a $200 late fee if the Property is not vacated by the respected hour. Our cleaners do a thorough inspection during each turnover.
