Thank you for checking out my beautiful condo! This is a remodeled, oceanfront studio unit ,located in Royal Kahana Resort . This unit is used as the resorts model unit for all other studios. The layout maximizes the space available leaving the guest with lots of extra room. With an amazingly comfortable king size bed in the center of the room, lots of dresser drawers and closet space for your items, and a desk area for guests who still need to get work done. The unit is located on the 3rd floor in a very quiet and private side of the resort. The patio offers an outdoor dining area with stunning ocean and garden views for you to enjoy, you can also watch humpback whales play during the winter months. Fully stocked, there is nothing for you to do except arrive and relax! *Free Wifi in the unit *Beach Towels *Beach Chairs *Cooler The Royal Kahana Resort: This resort is one of West Maui's premiere vacation destinations! This oceanfront complex is situated on beautiful white sand Kahana Beach perfect for swimming, turtle sightings, whale watching in the winter months and simply relaxing. The resort is centrally located between Ka`anapali and Kapalua. Its ideal location provides guests the quite atmosphere of Kahana while only minutes away from activities and sightseeing that makes Maui one of the highest visited islands in the world. There is above level and an underground parking garage as well as an onsite fitness center free for guests. The property is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Surrounding Area Within 5 minute walk: *Whalers General Store and gas station: Perfect for snacks, drinks, sunscreen, magazines, Hawaiian gifts, ect. Plus they have a Red Box located in the store as well. *McDonald's restaurant *Miso Phat Sushi A local sushi restaurant with daily freshly caught fish *Maui Brew Co. A local favorite. Maui's only local brewery with an affordable and delicious menu. Lunch and Dinner. *Dollies Pizza and Pub Local favorite sports bar and pizza joint. Affordable, great food with a fun bar scene for after hours. Lunch-midnight. *Sands of Kahana pool side restaurant Nicknamed the 'jewel by the pool' this ocean front restaurant has been here over 20 years and is great for a quick bite to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. *Bank of Hawaii *Gift Shops *Jewelry Store These are just the immediate restaurants and shops next to the resort. There is also a local health food store with a farmers market in the mornings just down the road, wellness center, bad-ass local coffee store, Times Supermarket, Napili Supermarket and shopping center. Mellow, quiet, walkable to everything. A great place to chill out, and all the action/ night life is just a short drive. There are public buses taking you to Lahaina for under $2. Please check hours of operation. A rental car is recommended, however. I enjoy drinking red wine but please handle the glass with care. It is very difficult to get red wine stains off. Thank you!
