The apartment is located in the Basement level of the property and has it's own entrance. This stunning 3-bedroom featuring 3 separate rooms with queen beds. The apartment features a large living room, two spacious bathrooms with European style granite showers, and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This apartment has a private entrance located to the right of the main door of the building. Feel safe and secure at your convenience! Maverick Suites uses a self check-in process using smart lock systems. Your smart lock codes and check in instructions will arrive to your inbox 24 hours before your check in date. If you experience any issues or need assistance during your check in, our concierge team is available for calls and replies online, however Maverick Suites does not employ 24hr staff on site. After hours calls are directed to an emergency answering service. *All requests for early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability. Any granted request has a $25 associated fee and cannot be determined more than 48hours in advance. Any unauthorized late checkout will automatically be subject to a $25 penalty.* Here are some suggested “check-list” items to bring with you or to purchase shortly after you arrive: Coffee and coffee filters (4-cup size) Trash bags Paper products for the apartment – additional paper towels, napkins, etc. Toilet paper will be replenished as needed during your stay Cooking materials - Spices, condiments, oils, ingredients. Detergent and dryer sheets; dishwasher pods Please note parking lot next to and behind the building is NOT ours and belongs to the business next door and they will tow unauthorized vechiles. There is plenty of street parking around the building for you to use. During Snow emergencies, parking on the main street is not permissable.
