Our Cape Cod house is the perfect family home close to the beach and all that the Cape has to offer. Less than 1 mile to Red River Beach, 5 minutes to Harwichport and Wychmere Harbor and 10 minutes to Downtown Chatham. Our patio and backyard are perfect for cookouts and entertaining. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and extra sleeping space in the family room, our home is good for groups of friends, couples and families. It is also very convenient to many of the popular wedding venues in the area. The space This traditional Cape Cod style home is on a small quiet street less than one mile to Red River Beach. The interior of the home is perfect for large groups of friends and family with 3 private bedrooms and open concept entertaining space. The kitchen is small, but open to the dining area and family room. We fell in love with this outdoor space at this house. The patio and grill area are perfect for a cookout after a long day at the beach, and no Cape house is complete without an outdoor shower. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay. This includes the homes 3 bedrooms, backyard, garage and basement (unfinished). Other things to note Red River beach is a short bike ride or ~15-20 minute walk from the house. Beach stickers are required at all town of Harwich Beaches with available parking lots/spaces. Weekly beach stickers can be purchased from early June through Labor Day at the Community Center, the Town Treasurer's Office, or at Chamber of Commerce. You can also purchase a daily pass from a gate attendant at Pleasant Road Beach, Red River Beach, Earle Road Beach, and Long Pond. Please note, from June - Labor Day, we only offer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets and towels are provided.
