While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. Therefore, we ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. For those unfamiliar with booking, please note our process of serving our guests: -You book instantly or request to stay, and we say YES!!! :) -We'll immediately send you some basic information, as well as a rental agreement we require each guest to sign. You do NOT need to include payment info for a security deposit, but you do need to sign in agreement to the terms. -1 hour prior to your arrival, you'll be texted and emailed directly or through your booking platform (hey, we wanted to be thorough!) with a code to access your rental unit. -You arrive and love everything! -You enjoy your vacation, reference your virtual guest book for checkout instructions (don't worry-- we'll send them to you, too!) and leave the house as close to how you found it as possible (please let us know of any issues, damage, etc-- we'll see it anyway, and it makes our lives easier to know ahead of time!).
