Please note, this is a true 30-day rental, and we are only accepting one booking every 30 days. As hosts, we've ensured this expansive estate includes everything needed for a quality and memorable experience for up to 40+ guests across 5 separate private properties within the compound. Each property features private living, dining areas, kitchens, and bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. We love helping our guests find fun things to do, amazing dining experiences, and other memorable activities nearby. Aside from the resort-style resources the property offers, we’ve also made sure to furnish each private property with amenities to elevate our guests’ experiences. We are committed to creating an enhanced experience for families, groups, business professionals, and all other fellow vacationers who choose to stay at this unique estate. Sleeping Accommodations: 15 Bedrooms with various bedding configurations Total of 20 beds available for flexible sleeping arrangements Bathrooms: 5 Bathrooms equipped with all essentials and complimentary toiletries Outdoor Area/Backyard: This inviting estate includes a fully fenced backyard retreat, perfect for outdoor relaxation and socializing. Enjoy meals together at the picnic tables, surrounded by the calming ambiance of nature. As evening approaches, gather in the comfortable seating areas, where the warm firepits create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Parking: The property offers ample parking with multiple designated spots, ensuring convenient access for all guests. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days! The monthly rental fee will not be reduced or increased based on the number of days the rental is used. ~ In an effort to maintain the indoor guest unit environment, may we suggest that you keep the non-screened doors closed. The light from the unit at night attracts the wildlife in our Hawaiian tropical location. Also, please refrain from leaving food and drinks open in any room as it can attract tropical creatures such as geckos, ants, flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches, moths, gnats, etc. looking for an easy snack. ~ Quiet Hours: 9pm-9am. We ask that you be mindful of neighbors and keep the outdoor noise to a minimum during your stay. ~ No large gatherings or events on property without permission.
