The 1 BR Condo is a lovely, private, garden view corner unit. The west and north walls have covered patios with glass window panels--and glass doors from living room and bedroom onto patios. A KITCHEN REMODEL and bathroom remodel were completed in 2015 and 2016. There is a partial ocean view from patio and standing in living room. The BR has a king-size bed and it faces the most private area. Dining anytime on the corner of patios is comfortable and cool. The assigned parking spot is nearby. A kitchen remodel including new cabinets, granite counter-tops, and flooring was completed in June, 2015. A bathroom remodel was completed in 2016. There is a good partial ocean view from patio and standing in living room. The BR has a king-size bed and it faces the most private area--patio, 6 feet of landscaping, and 30 feet of sloped landscaping down to slightly used parking area of property immediately north (Sea Village). Dining anytime on the corner of patios is comfortable and cool--watch for green day geckos on the golden-fruited palms. The assigned parking spot is just 6 feet below next to the unit, where only 2 parking spots are located. No searching for a good parking spot. The Condo is 1 mile south of Kailua-Kona Village on the ocean-side of Alii Drive. A swimmable size pool is located right on the ocean. The condo is located in the northwest corner of the facility--furthest from the road and nearest the ocean. The address is 75-6008 Alii Dr., Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. We mail you the keys upon final payment. There are extra keys in Kona if needed; and a lock-box as needed. You will be alone in our private Condo in Hawaii. At Kona Shores you feel part of Hawaii. The condo complex is only two stories, with slightly angled tips at roof corners--an Asian feel. Oncly 80 condo units are in the facility and many tenants are long-term residents. They are very friendly and will give you tips about your interests. You will need a car in Kona. There is a Hele-On Bus that runs between Kailua-Kona and Keahou on Alii Drive (our street), but it has only occasional routing. We are 1 mile south of Kailua-Kona so walking is nice, several wide open areas between ocean and road. The Condo is fully equipped, with separate room kitchen, lovely living room, king-size bed in bedroom with view to private tropical garden with slope downhill beyond that. You do not see any close condos or cars in parking lots
