QUIET TIME: This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. PARKING: Driveway and garage parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked. We respond promptly to messages, calls and emails. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — Note: We have a NO-PETS policy, we'll appreciate your kind understanding. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay.
