However, we're only able to accommodate 1 dog per reservation - must be 50 pounds or less. $75 per stay. No cats are allowed. All of the units are accessed individually from the exterior of the building and each suite is insulated well so you'll appreciate a private experience. Enjoy the convenience of a private parking lot located just steps from your studio. Public transit is limited in the Valley, so having your own vehicle is HIGHLY recommended. Our smart lock allows for an easy self-check-in with a unique entry code that we provide in our digital guide a day before your check-in date. the property manager is located just a few blocks from downtown Kalispell. Guests love the easy walk to breweries, food trucks, cafes, and the Parkline Trail for biking and exploring! With this central location, some street and traffic noise is to be expected at times, particularly on weekends. Most guests enjoy the walkability, but if you’re a very light sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind. :) A few common questions and answers about our space: Q: Do you allow pets? A: Yes! Up to (1) house-trained, small to medium-sized dog (50 pounds or less) is permitted for a pet fee of $75 per stay. Please ensure to add your dog to your reservation. If an unapproved pet is discovered, a fee of $100 will be billed to your account. No cats are allowed. Q: Can we check-in early or check-out late? A: Early check-in is not guaranteed. In the event your room is ready before 4:00pm, we'll let you know. We don't offer late check-out as our team needs time to prepare for our next guests and make sure everything is perfect for them - just like they did for you. Q: Where is this room located? A: This room is located on the ground level. No stairs are required for access. Q: Do you allow smoking on-site? A: No. Our entire property is a non-smoking property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc. This is for the courtesy of all of our guests. If you need to smoke, please take it off-site, away from our property. A fee of $250 will be billed to your account if smoking of any kind occurs. Q: Do you offer cleanings during our stay? A: Our cleanings occur before and after each reservation.
