All of the units are accessed individually from the exterior of the building and each suite is insulated well so you'll appreciate a private experience. Guests love the easy walk to breweries, food trucks, cafes, and the Parkline Trail for biking and exploring! With this central location, some street and traffic noise is to be expected at times, particularly on weekends. Most guests enjoy the walkability, but if you’re a very light sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind. :) A few common questions and answers about our space: Q: Do you allow pets? A: No. This particular room is not pet friendly, but we do have six other rooms that are! Message us for availability. If an unapproved pet is discovered, a fee of $100 will be billed to your account. Q: Can we check-in early or check-out late? A: Early check-in is not guaranteed. In the event your room is ready before 4:00pm, we'll let you know. We don't offer late check-out as our team needs time to prepare for our next guests and make sure everything is perfect for them - just like they did for you. Q: Do you allow smoking on-site? A: No. Our entire property is a non-smoking property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc. This is for the courtesy of all of our guests. If you need to smoke, please take it off-site, away from our property. A fee of $250 will be billed to your account if smoking of any kind occurs. Q: Where is this room located?
