This home away from home has a lot to offer with beautiful beaches, local snorkeling, and eateries all within a 10-minute drive. QUIET TIME: This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. PARKING: Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked. We respond promptly to messages, calls and emails. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care about maintaining good relationships with our community, we appreciate that you follow our "house rules" during your stay.
