QUIET TIME: This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. PARKING: Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Guests are welcome to park one car in the garage, and one car in the left-side driveway of the unit. The right-side parking is for other unit. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked. We respond promptly to messages, calls and emails. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care about maintaining good relationships with our community, we appreciate that you follow our "house rules" during your stay. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We appreciate that you ask for approval if you have visitors. We kindly remind you that this is a no-event or party listing. We have a strict no-smoking policy. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, and hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.
