Stunning Ocean View Studio in Kahana
Royal Kahana #805 is located on the 8th floor with a partial ocean view. The property is ocean front with a heated pool, fitness room, and concierge services. Our carefully decorated condo includes a California king bed, indoor and outdoor dining, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, washer/dryer, TV, and DVD. WiFi and local phone service are included. This condo is a beautifully renovated 430 sq foot studio with a partial ocean view. The unit is designed for two guests. Furnished with a California king bed, sofa love seat (no pull-out bed), indoor and outdoor dining areas, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, free WiFi, and local phone service. We include linens, towels, soaps, shampoos, tour books, and beach gear. The Royal Kahana is an ocean front property with a heated pool, fitness room, and shuffle board. In recent years the area beaches have suffererd from erosion and the beach entrance closest to the property has been closed. The property has a lovely grassy area which overlooks the ocean for our guests to lounge. There is beach access at the neighboring property as well as at several nearby beaches. I live nearby the property and am available should our guests have any needs. The Royal Kahana is a residential property located about 10-15 minutes North of Lahaina town. The Royal Kahana is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a few minutes drive to many great beaches, hikes, and golf courses. The Maui Bus picks up just next door to the property and there are numerous airport shuttles and tours available for sightseeing. I do recommend having a car if you have plans to do a lot of exploring as there are many great places to see all over the island of Maui and do require a bit of driving. Please note the Royal Kahana charges $15 per day for parking, to be paid directly to the front desk at time of arrival at the property. OUR RATES DO NOT INCLUDE HAWAII STATE TAXES (GET & TAT). GUESTS WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT REQUEST FOR THE 17.42% TAXES THE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TAXES ARE CALCULATED ON THE NIGHTLY RENTAL RATE AND THE CLEANING FEE. PARKING IS $15 PER DAY AND SHOULD BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE FRONT DESK AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL.
