First floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom with twins and the second bedroom with built in bunk beds. There is a den with a tv and game table. The two bedrooms share a hall bath. Second floor: Master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bath. Queen bedroom also with an en-suite bath. Pocomo Beach & Water Sports Pocomo Beach is part of the inner bay and protected by Great Point and Coatue Wildlife Refuge. It is an ideal spot for swimming and for children since there are no waves and the water is calm and warm. In the busy season it is common to see commercial vessels, fishing boats, yachts, sailboats, kayaks, windsurfers, and paddleboards all passing each other in the harbor. Every once in a while, even a seaplane pays a visit. But in the waters off Pocomo Point, the most common sight is that of a kiteboarder catching air.
