Nicely furnished house with primitive antiques and Leonard's beds, located in Naushop. Use of community pool, tennis court, and exercise facility. First floor: living room open to dining room, large kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 4) and sitting area which has tv and dvd player, laundry room, powder room. Second floor: small bedroom with twin beds, large master bedroom with king bed and private full bath, guest bedroom with king bed, full bath in hall. Private patio and garden area has teak outdoor deck furniture and perennial gardens located in the back of the house. 4 A/C window units, ceiling fans in each bedroom and portable fans. Sunday to Sunday rental. Please note: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation. Even if your booking request is accepted through VRBO, it is not fully confirmed until the rental agreement has been reviewed and signed. Instructions to complete the agreement will be provided immediately after booking Naushop is a lovely neighborhood situated between the Mid-Island rotary and the airport, complete with white picket fences, brick sidewalks, and meticulously landscaped yards. The neighborhood consists of a beautiful sweeping drive that circles back around to the main road, with a few quiet side streets branching off. Amenities There is a community pool, lounge, and tennis courts for use by any of the residents in the neighborhood. Aside from these neighborhood amenities, Naushop is a great place for families to rent or own due to the quiet streets, spacious houses, and close proximity of Mid-Island resources, such as grocery stores, restaurants, and schools.
