This home comfortably accommodates six couples, with two additional twin beds available. This property is not suitable for more than eight adults if the beds are not to be shared. It has all the fun quirks of a traditional farmhouse on Nantucket and all of the charm too! The living room features a piano, a comfortable couch and chairs connected to a sunny wrap-around deck, and an outdoor shower. The dining room features a beautiful rustic eight-foot table and connects to the modern kitchen that boasts a butcher-block island, a four-burner range, two ovens, a fridge, a microwave, and a breakfast table. Just past the kitchen, you'll find the conveniently located and recently updated washer/dryer nook with plenty of bed linens and towels. The first floor has three bedrooms with queen beds, one of which has a small sunroom adjacent and an extra twin bed. The second floor has three bedrooms with queen beds. One of the bedrooms has an additional twin bed in a small adjacent room. The upstairs also has a relaxing, sunny second-floor deck overlooking the forest behind the house and the beautiful trees on the property. Please note; that each floor has only one bathroom. The -second-floor bath has a claw-foot tub shower combo, and there is also a private outdoor shower. There is a caretaker's apartment located on the basement level that is not included in this listing. Perfect if you want to stay away from the bustle of town and off-the-beaten-path. It is still close to many beaches and only 10/15 minutes to town while being close to the quaint village of Sconset and the charming markets there.
