The space The Carriage House is above our detached garage across the yard from our home. You will have the entire space minus the garage (we will remove our vehicles for your stay to not disturb you). The bedroom, full bath, living room, and kitchenette are upstairs. The 1/2 bath, entry way with full size refrigerator is downstairs. Heat downstairs is only in the half bath (entry is not heated). Bedroom with brand new king size bed and all new linens (including washable duvet cover). Living room has new Crate and Barrel queen size sleeper bed with new linens. Guest access You will access The Carriage House through our pool yard doors (black double doors). Digital lock on interior door at base of stairs. Other things to note Need to be comfortable with stairs. We have a baby gate available.
