Lakefront Family Fun: Pool, Kayak, Bikes, Hot Tub

Enjoy our Lakefront Home while we’re on vacation! No Parties—we love our Neighbors. Backyard features: 18' Pool (Jun-Sep), 4-6 person Hot Tub (Year Round), Creek, Sandpit, Fire-pit, and Grill. Direct Lake Access! Gear included: Kayaks, iSUPs, Pedal-boat, Sunfish Sailboat, 7 Skis, and 26+ Bicycles for local trails. Indoor Gym, Trampoline & 120” Cinema for rainy days. Just 1hr from NYC and 30min from the Water Gap. Restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Mall and shopping are all within 2-miles. The space No events or parties allowed, it is a family-friendly Cul-de-sac, looking for Guests who know how to quietly and respectfully have a good time, and maintain a clean home. No Smoking/Vaping inside the house and no illegal activity of any kind. Booking guest must be min 25yr (ID Check) and are required to stay during the reservation period. Quiet hours 9pm-9am. No loud music allowed. Pets must be pre-approved and will only be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Use of Pool/Creek/Lake/FirePit/Trampoline/Watercraft/Hot tub/Bicycles and all equipment at own risk. Pool is only open June- September. Hot Tub is open year round, but moved into the garage from October to May. Children must be supervised at all times. Life jackets must be worn at all times in the lake. Please understand this is our personal home, and can appear very “lived in” in some areas. Some furniture may have chips and light staining, the floors also haven’t been stained in a while and have scratches. Please note all beds in the home are firm. IKEA mattresses( Minnesund and Meistervik foam firm mattresses). Japanese Futon on the Tatami Platform bed is a J-Life All-Natural Mattress If you are staying on a Wednesday night, please bring all trash/trash can to curb on Wednesday night or Thursday morning (before 8am). Guest access The entire property will be yours. A code for keyless entry will be provided for guest access to the premises. Other things to note Within 3 miles: Walmart, Shop Rite, Star Bucks, Home Depot, BJs, CVS, Walgreens, Ledgewood Farms, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, KFC, McDonald's, Boston Market, Chipotle, Wendy's, Burger King, Red Lobster, Panera Bread, Rock-Climbing Gym, Ice Skating Rink, YMCA (3.8mi), Costco (4.5mi) Gymnastics, Indoor Volleyball & Soccer, Fencing Club. Pool is only open June- September. Hot Tub (Inflatable Saluspa 4-6 person Monterey) is open year round, but moved into the garage from October to May.
