Well kept clean 1 bedroom basement apartment with a separate private entrance. This apartment is located on the gravel road about 2 miles from the town. Local Hospital is about 8-9 minute drive. Indian Hills Community College is about 8 minute drive. Country living! 12 Minutes to the center of Ottumwa. No Pets allowed! No Smoking, No Candles. LIST ALL GUESTS! ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS! No third parties please- do not make reservation for others if you not going to stay. The space Newly remodeled private entrance 1 bedroom basement apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. No dishwasher. There is no separate control for AC. The AC is central. We try to keep it around 72°. There are the following items: LG refrigerator, microwave, one cup coffeemaker, pot coffee maker, toaster, tee kettle, Maytag stove with oven, 62’’ TV, iron, hairdryer, washer and dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bathroom tissues, towels, linens, extra pillows, and internet are provided. Please, do not make reservations with any pets. No parties allowed. Absolutely no more than 2 guests. Also, if you intend to use excessive garlic, please, don’t make reservation! Guest access Parking available on the south side of property within 10 feet of entrance.
