Guest access The home is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Any additional guests must be arranged and approved in advance. No Smoking or Illegal Activity Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking or illegal activity will result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. 7. Check-in / Check-out Early check-in or late check-out is only allowed with prior written approval. Unauthorized late departures may incur additional fees. 8. Safety & Security Guests agree not to tamper with safety devices, security systems, or cameras monitoring exterior areas only. 9. Cleaning & Condition at Departure The property must be left in reasonable condition. Excessive mess, trash overflow, or biohazard cleaning will be charged and documented. 10.
